  • Company: Refers to Dervi, located at Dervi, Hall Road, Traffic Chowk, Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, Pakistan, 32200.
  • Client: Refers to the individual using our services.
  • Restaurant: Refers to the establishments from which food is ordered.
  • Service: Refers to the food, grocery, and medicine delivery services provided by Dervi.

2. Use of the Service

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Orders and Delivery

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The restaurant is responsible for the quality and preparation of the food. Dervi only facilitates the delivery of the order. If there are any issues with the food, the restaurant should be contacted directly.

4. Payment

All payments for orders must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and cash on delivery. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from their services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order within a specified time frame. Once the order is accepted by the restaurant, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of Dervi will be final.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dervi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
